This patient was treated with resin restorations after a full examination was conducted. The pateint was actually not in any pain and the nerves of the teeth were not exposed. The teeth were not mobile and the root structure was intact. At such an early age, we will follow the progress of the erupting teeth to make sure estheitcs are maintained.

Resin can be used to repair damage from decay and trauma. This patient came to us having suffered broken teeth during a playground accident. We were able to match the color, shade and shape. At Martin Dentistry in Fishers and Indianapolis we can see dental emergencies in the same day. We were able to stabilize the tooth and do a thorough examination to check for tissue trauma and additional fractures. The patient did an excellent job and the restorations will last for years and can be redone if needed when his teeth fully erupt.
