From the moment you walk into Martin Dentistry, you instantly feel welcomed. The office itself is modern and clean; it’s evident that patient comfort is prioritized. Hygienist, Ashley, is wonderful. I’ve been a client of Martin for 9 years and they are easily the best dental team I’ve known. The front of house staff are warm and friendly. They’re always running on time, I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time. Dr. Martin and Dr. Lindsey are amazing, thorough, genuinely warm and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for ~7 months, by far the best dental care I’ve had. My insurance in the past was garbage so I hadn’t seen a dentist in probably ten-ish years. Dr. Lindsey was fantastic--she helped make a great plan to fill all my cavities and get my teeth healthy again. I had horrible gumline cavities on my two front teeth that embarrassed me to no end, Dr. Lindsey fixed them right up and I can’t believe how much more confident I am in my smile. She is super kind, great bedside manner, and very gentle. All the hygienists are also great and make you as comfortable as possible. Overall amazing care and very very clean. More

I have been here twice now and had excellent experiences both times. The new patient process is pretty quick and painless.  They were able to get me in within two weeks for a routine cleaning and x-rays.  The cleaning was good. I mentioned that I tend to gag with dental stuff, so they took extra care when placing the films for my x-rays and the tech kept checking on me and going super slow to ensure my comfort. I had a filling that had mostly fallen out. I was able to reschedule a follow up for two days later (they had them sooner, but it didn’t work for my schedule).  I asked if I would have to be numbed because I hate the dental shots.  She said she was pretty confident she could pop out the old filling and replace it with no to minimal pain and she was right.  My tooth hurt the tiniest bit, but I’m pretty sure it was just sensitivity when the cold water blasted it. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with my new filling and no numb, drooly mouth. They also accept children. My friend’s entire family goes and say the dentists are really good with their kids as well.  I don’t doubt it. Each room is themed. My cleaning was in the Star Wars room and my filling was in the baseball room.  There is plenty for kids (or kids at heart) to look at and be distracted by during dental procedures. More

This Dentist is awesome. Dr. Stephanie, office manager Carey, the new assistant from Texas, and entire staff made all my visits a pleasure. Carey is a pro at making temporary crowns and Dr. Stephanie does a great job with the permanent crowns. If you have any fear about pain don't worry they are wonderful at making sure you have minimal to none. I would trust any thing say they are going to do. Everyone here is always happy with smiles on their faces. I could go on and on about more great things but I'll end it hear. If your in need of a great Dentist this is the place to be. More

I had good experiences here for a while now. The hygienist has been friendly and seemingly doing a good job. I’ve never had any major issues but cleaning and routine visits have been good. The doctors have always been friendly and seemingly thorough. More so than prior dentists I have used. The facility is nice but objectively the least important part. I used to fear going to the dentist but I was well taken care of by Dr. Steph and her team. A great dentist for the people who live & work in Broad Ripple. The staff is super friendly, and always helpful. I feel comfortable enough during covid to continue to get my regular cleanings as the place is super clean (and was before!)Scheduling and rescheduling if needed has always been very easy. Dr. Stephanie did my fillings today and I couldn’t be more pleased! With my last filling at a previous dentist I had issues not getting fully numbed, so Dr. Stephanie took her time and frequently checked in to make sure I couldn’t feel any pain. The whole process from start to finish made me feel calm in what would otherwise make me feel really anxious. This is a great practice :) More

This is the most comfortable dentist office I have ever been to. The dentists (the Martin's) are absolutely fantastic professionals. The dental assistants are just as gifted. She has done an excellent job replacing my old mercury fillings, improving my gums, replacing an old crown as well as doing semi annual cleanings. I arrived 15 min early to fill out paperwork since I was a new patient and they took me back right on time for my appointment so I barely had to wait once my paperwork was complete! I had to get a filling on my front tooth that had fallen off and I almost happy the original filling fell off because the new one that Dr Martin put on feels 10x better than my old one. I also had a cleaning appointment after the filling. There was a tv on in the room that helped take my mind off all the typical tarter scraping. What a great touch. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. More

Had my first experience with Martin dentistry today, and am so pleased! Great atmosphere, super friendly front desk staff, and almost no wait time! In the past with my other dentist office I always had to wait way beyond my appointment time! Maddie, the gal that did my cleaning, was so pleasant! Sweet as can be and did a great job. I just got back from my routine dental cleaning and I'm as pleased as punch! My husband and I are both new-ish to Indy and I chose this dentist for us both because of the wonderful reviews here on Yelp! Not to mention, it's right in our Broad Ripple neighborhood. You feel at ease and comfortable right from the start. They have a nice lobby with modern decor, everything is clean yet inviting. The women who work at the desk greet you immediately, the wait is not long and all the hygienists, technicians and the dentists are just superb. The hygienist even laughed at my lame jokes! The final stage of the visit when you speak to the dentist was also just great. In the past, with other dentists, it always seemed to me the dentist was rushing through. I didn't feel this way at all at Martin Dentistry. She was completely calm, friendly and answered all my questions graciously. I know all insurance works differently, but for me, they take care of all the paperwork and such. No pay now and get reimbursed from the insurance company later. That's a huge relief for as I tend to be a paperwork procrastinator. Wonderful team! When our son is ready, this is where we'll take him, too! More

But I've definitely found my new dentist and couldn't be happier! I had a thorough cleaning and two fillings done at the Broad Ripple location; both experiences were very good. I went yesterday for my first appointment there. The place is very clean and fresh. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful and my wait time was only about 10 minutes which included some new patient paperwork. The dental assistant was great and this place has some great dental technology.  Then the dentist came in and she was great also. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. During checkout the staff provided me with a financial breakdown of my future visit that displayed the cost, what insurance would cover, and my out of pocket. This is great...all medical offices need to do this. More

I called Martin Dentistry and Susie at the front desk was incredibly helpful was able to get me in that day. Their lead hygienist Carrie took amazing care of me! She made my teeth look incredible!! She even offered to come in and fix anything that didn't feel right over the weekend even though their office was closed. Everyone on the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Lynn Marshall. She is relatively new to this location, as am I. I chose to drive over an hour just so I could keep her as my dentist. I have been seeing Dr. Marshall for 12 years in all. I think the care and compassion she has for her patients seperates her from many other dentists. She is also a perfectionist. She takes pride in her work. She never puts time ahead of her workmanship. Making sure her work is done exceptionally well not only to the patients satisfaction, but to her own high standards. This attention to detail is another quality that seperates her from many other dentists who would rather compromise quality of workmanship and comfort of patient to achieve maximum profits. After reading other reviews, I must also add that 6 months ago was my 1st visit to this office. I brought my 4 year old daughter. She was allowed to sit in the exam room with me. The staff went out of their way to cater to anything she wanted or needed. They engaged her in conversation, turned on cartoons, brought her water, etc. I did not in any way feel that she was an inconvenience or annoyance to the staff (by the actions of the staff). I can see where this could become a problem depending on the behavior of the child. It was hard for me to believe another review that I had read after the experience I had taking my own child to my appointment. More

The Martin's, husband-and-wife team, have been my dentists for the past 12 years. Throughout that time they have been very patient, kind, and reliable. When I chose to transition my children from a pediatric dentist to the adult side they were integral in keeping my young children happy while doing an unpleasant activity of cleaning their teeth. They don't offer services that we don't need, they keep us healthy without taking advantage. I highly recommend this Family to take great care of your family. More

The best dentist ever! Not only are they thorough and informative, but they also take care in making sure the visit is pain free. I have a bleeding disorder, and they took extra care to make sure it was an enjoyable visit. The location is very modern and clean, and the staff are always helpful and nice. If you're looking for a new dentist I highly suggest going in for a consultation. 10/10 would get my teeth cleaned again. More
